Hara Dimension

I want to draw attention to this particular dimension of our being.  This is the dimension of “intention” and it is where all our choices and decisions stem from.

The hara line is like a laser line running down the middle of our body and there are several key points along this line.

It begins with our ID point (or “individuation point”), a vortex or portal above the head, through which we incarnated.  The next point of connection further down (below the throat and above the heart) is the soul seat.  This is where we hold all of our desires.  Our desires are directly related to our purpose and even our vocational calling.

Further down, in the centre of the belly, is the tan tien, our personal power centre.  It is from this point that we connect into the crystal core of the earth, and are able to manifest our desires and goals.

Life’s “storms” can cause our hara line to become distorted and in need of repair.  When the hara line is in a healthy state, we can move through life with more ease and effortlessness.
